Bond with a family member or a loved one and relate your sense of emotional wellbeing by co-creating a large format textile or cloth, using creative techniques of weaving, stitching, sewing, or collaging!

OUR TAPESTRY is an art therapy project that aims to harvest healthy relationships within families or communities by strengthening emotional ties as well as harnessing empathy and compassion for the self and others, through exploring themes such as fears, challenges, identities, dreams, or hopes.
​
Caregivers include parents, grandparents, children/ward or domestic helpers who care for a household member. No artistic skills or experiences are required!
